Meet the team

Dennis Webb

Managing Director

Founder and MD, Dennis set up the Thinkpad in September 2010 with eldest son, Lee Webb, and was quickly joined by youngest son, Frank. This was the start of a family-run business built on a lifetime’s experience in print and presentation graphics. His work as a Cartographer in the oil exploration industry gave Dennis a real eye for detail, which he has carried throughout his career and taught him how to run a successful business.

Madeleine Lindley

Accounting Manager

Madeleine joined Thinkpad in 2013. At the centre of every successful company is a good PA and Office Manger. At Thinkpad, that is Madeleine who keeps everyone on their toes, taking care of everything financial – sales and purchases – getting money in and out, all the legal and official bits of keeping the company running smoothly, and making sure deadlines are kept to and the customers are happy.

Maddison Webb

CAD and Customer Support

Maddison is Dennis’s granddaughter and has been at Thinkpad since 2019. She is often the first person you speak to when you phone or come through the door. As well as her administrative role she specializes in CAD printing, providing a rapid and efficient service. Maddison’s goal is to build relationships with customers, answer any queries and provide guidance to ensure all print is produced quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
